How do I make a claim?

Simply click 'How to make a Claim' under the Insurance Menu and choose which claim form you wish to download. Once chosen you will be able to print out your required claim form. If you would prefer us to send you a copy through the post, please contact the 'Claims' department on 08449 809 639 or use the contact form.
