Prevention of Sexual Harassment
We are committed to providing a working environment free from sexual harassment and ensuring all staff are treated, and treat others, with dignity and respect this includes third-party harassment from our customers. We encourage our staff to report any incidents of third-party sexual harassment to us and we will take appropriate steps to remedy the complaint and to prevent it from happening again. This may include warning the harasser about their behaviour, terminating their policy of insurance, and reporting any criminal acts to the police.
